Facilities:

Full sized Basketball Gym with wooden floor - gym is 30m long x 21m wide.

Flood lit sand turf dividable into 3 areas with curtains. Whole turf is 68m x 40m. Divides into 3 sections 20m wide x 40m long.

Boardroom suitable for up to 14 people

Large meeting room upstairs available for evening classes/seminars/workshops for up to 100 people

Bookings

Pay2Play Book online use this to make your space booking.

Hire and equipment is available but needs to be requested during business hours, Monday - Friday by email kate@easterncommunity.co. nz or texting 0277283005 with your request. Requests are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability.

Gym Court space

There are black lines & hoops for full sized basketball and 2 x 1/2 courts with hoops as per the image.

There are blue & red floor lines, poles & nets available for Volleyball - either a full-sized court lengthways or 2 courts on cross court setup.

There are 4 x badminton courts with white lines, poles and nets available. These are also suitable for pickeball with your own pickleball nets.

Futsal goals in red on the end walls.

There is a floor track in green lines for rollerderby training.

Astro Turf

Astro turf is fully fenced with hockey, futsal & korfball lines. There are curtain nets to divide it to the 3 futsal or korfball courts.

The turf is a 3/4 size hockey field with LED floodlight towers.

Privacy Statement
Please be aware that we operate a video surveillance system that monitors who enters the Building, carpark and turf area. By making a casual booking you agree that the ESCRI can contact you with promotional offers.

Cancellations and refunds.
Bookings can be cancelled online 24 hours prior to the time slot but no refunds are given. You will recieve a voucher to be used for a future date.

Please note. If you are a registered Pay2Play user you can cancel bookings online but this will not initiate a refund for paid bookings.
