Our Opening Hours 

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am 8:30pm

Friday, Saturday and the eve of public holidays: 9:00am - 10:00pm (excluding Christmas, New Years and ANZAC days).

In Addition:

26 December - 17 January 9:00am - 10:00pm daily (excluding Christmas and New Years).

Holiday Exceptions:

• ANZAC Day - Pools will open after 1pm

• Christmas day - Pools Closed

• New Years Eve - 9:00am - 7pm

• New Years Day - 9:00am - 7pm

Conditions of Entry and Pool Use:

1. Be respectful and kind to managers and pool users

2. Bookings to be made for same-day only (as bookings made for the next day cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected spa closures)

Rules of Conduct and use of the property

1. Users shall ensure that their conduct is at all times proper, seemly and decorous and
shall not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Complex by other
Participants
2. There shall be no smoking, eating or drinking in any of the pools or spa rooms.
3. No soap or hair shampoo is to be used in any of the pools. The use of soap, shampoo or
other detergents is restricted to showers or hand-basins.
4. Any food and beverages consumed within the complex shall be prepared and consumed
only in the areas provided.
5. The complex shall be available for use over the period 9.00 am to 10.00 pm daily unless
notified otherwise by the Managers or Committee. The complex shall be available for use
in the hours set by the Committee.
6. Any Member or visitor using one of the spa rooms shall enter his or her name and
membership number (key tag number) in the space provided in the booking board (or
digital booking system if available) and shall strictly observe the time limits set thereby.
Unless the use of any spa room is not required by any other person.
7. No Member shall be entitled to pre-book any spa room more than once in any 12 hour
period.
8. Users shall not deposit or leave litter in the complex area except in the receptacles
provided and when leaving the complex shall tidy up before leaving.
9. Any damage caused by a user in the complex area shall immediately be reported to the
Manager and the cost of making good such damage shall be borne by the user or
Member responsible.
10. Any Member taking guests into the complex shall be personally responsible for their
conduct and shall ensure that they abide by these rules and a donation is paid.
11. Where any visitors using a Members key, in the opinion of the Committee contravene the
spirit and intent of the rules relating to the use of the Spa Complex, the Committee may
impose charges for entry or other restrictions which it may from time to time decide.
12. The Committee reserves the right to designate periods where visitors may not gain
access
13. No keys tags may be duplicated under any circumstances. Lost keys tags shall be
replaced by application to the Manager and upon payment of the standard replacement
fee.

14. No animals are allowed within the Complex.
15. No person under 18, unless they are a “Member”, may invite other persons onto the
premises, without the prior approval of the Member.
16. Any children including those of the Members immediate family and under the age of 14
years must be accompanied and properly supervised at all times by an adult. (Children
over 12 may swim in the outdoor pool without an adult watching, so longing an adult is
at the complex with them. Eg in a spa pool.)
17. The total number of persons to be in any spa at any one time shall not exceed 8 persons.
18. The total number admitted to the property on any one Membership shall not exceed 10
persons without the permission of the Manager. Non-Participants shall be restricted to 6
persons.
19. An adult for the purposes of these rules is someone 18 year of age or over.

Penalties for Infringement of Rules

20. In the event of an infringement of these rules, errant key users will be subject to whatever
reasonable discipline may be considered appropriate by the Committee, including but not limited to,
suspension of their membership rights as set out in section 16.
